No warranties

Better Clipboard is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The creators and distributors accept no liability for any claim, damage, or other liability arising from the use of or inability to use the software.

The creators and distributors do not warrant that the software is free from defects, that it will operate without interruption, or that any information, text, graphics, or links contained within it are accurate or complete. They expressly disclaim responsibility for any damage caused by malicious software or security threats transmitted through or in connection with the software, and for any malfunction, data loss, loss of privacy, or other problem arising from its use.

Limitation of liability

In no event shall Better Clipboard be liable for any damages — including lost profits, business interruption, or lost data — arising from your use of or inability to use the software, even if Better Clipboard has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Better Clipboard shall have no liability for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind. This includes but is not limited to errors or omissions in the software, infringement of third-party rights, business interruption, personal injury, or the disclosure of confidential information.
